Complete machines

Special purpose machines

One-off machines need one-off control. We design the control systems and write the software that make special purpose machines work, from the first 3D model to a tested machine on your floor.

Uncoiler guarding systems

Safety guarding for the uncoilers on beverage can lines, designed, built, installed and commissioned by PDC.

Each system is laid out around your plant: the uncoilers, the coil handling and the walkways around them. We supply the complete guarding package, then install it, commission it and see it through startup.

  • Guarding layout drawn to your lines and uncoilers
  • Mesh guarding panels and posts, in widths from 700 to 1,500 mm
  • Access gates, and light curtains where coils are loaded
  • Safety integration hardware and software, tied into the line's controls
  • Installation, commissioning and startup

Recent systems include Ball Kettering, UK and Ball Pilsen, Czech Republic, on lines 1, 2 and 3 at each. See our projects
